Instant Access("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services, including our website, mobile experience, and any integrated widgets or apps (such as our Shopify review widget).
We may collect:
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our services; authenticate you and manage your account; personalize your experience (e.g., showing relevant products or reorder options); process and display feedback or reviews where applicable; send transactional or service-related communications; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights and the safety of our users.
We may share your information with: service providers who assist us in operating our services (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery); merchants or platforms where our services are integrated (e.g., Shopify store data in accordance with their policies); and law enforcement or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Instant Access's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
With your permission, we use the gmail.readonly scope solely to read your order and subscription confirmation emails, so we can identify your purchases and the services you are subscribed to and build your subscriptions and purchase history within the app. We do not read personal messages or emails unrelated to your orders and subscriptions.
From those emails we store only the order and subscription details needed to provide these features (for example, merchant, product, order date, and subscription status). We will not use this data for purposes other than those described here without your consent. Specifically, we do not:
We do not allow humans to read your Gmail data unless: (a) you give your affirmative agreement to view specific messages; (b) it is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating a bug or abuse; (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law; or (d) the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations. We also require our employees, service providers, and contractors to handle Google user data in accordance with this policy.
You can revoke our access to your Gmail account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may also request deletion of the data we derived from your Gmail by contacting us at support@instantaccess.me.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can often manage your account and preferences through our app or by contacting us. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, or to request access to or deletion of your data, please contact us at support@instantaccess.me.
